Payments and refunds
VAT is not charged. Monthly billing in UAH is available today, and we plan to add discounted 6- and 12-month subscriptions soon. BASIC includes a 180-day trial: the countdown starts after your first completed lesson from the schedule — with a registered student or through the Marketplace — while guest-link lessons without a registered student do not start it. Which billing periods are available?
Monthly billing in UAH is available today; VAT is not charged. We also plan to add 6- and 12-month subscriptions at a discount soon.
Is the price per seat or per account?
Per account, with a number of teacher and admin seats included (for example, SCHOOL includes 15 teacher and 5 admin seats). Extra seats are available as add-ons.
What is the BASIC trial?
BASIC includes a 180-day trial. The countdown starts only after your first completed lesson from the schedule — with a registered student or through the Marketplace. Lessons run over guest links, without a registered student, do not start the trial countdown.
