Answers to the most common questions about Lernavio.
All questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Lernavio runs entirely in the browser, for both the tutor and the student.
How do students join a lesson?
Without registration, a student can join the lesson via a guest link. Registered students join their scheduled lesson from their personal dashboard according to the schedule.
How does student registration work?
A student can register independently to use the Marketplace. To become a specific tutor's personal student, they register via an invitation — a link or QR code. The tutor can also create the student's account themselves.
Do I have to use the marketplace?
No. Marketplace is an optional channel. You can work only with your own students: invite them via a guest link, send a registration invitation, or create the student's account in Lernavio yourself.
Who is Lernavio for?
Independent tutors running lessons remotely, and small schools that need branches, classes and staff roles.
Is there a free plan?
BASIC includes a 180-day trial. The countdown starts after your first completed lesson from the schedule — with a registered student or through the Marketplace. Lessons run over guest links, without a registered student, do not start the countdown.
How do tutors get paid?
With your own students, you arrange payment yourself. In the Marketplace, you set your own lesson and package prices, and if the platform handles payment, Lernavio accepts the payment from the student and calculates your payout. On the Tutor plan and above, direct payment from the student is available.
Can a school use Lernavio?
Yes. A school space organises branches, directions, classes and students, with roles for administrators, teachers, staff and operators. Teachers keep their personal cabinet while belonging to the school.
What happens to a finished lesson?
It stays as a read-only snapshot that both tutor and student can reopen and review, with a check-answers action available on interactive exercises.
Which languages does the interface support?
This website is available in English, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. The product interface itself offers a broader language list, though not every product language matches the site.
